4. Seller Responsibilities

Pricing, stock availability, delivery timelines, and return policies must be clearly stated.
Sellers must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must verify product and service details before placing orders.
Any disputes should first be addressed directly with the seller.
Buyers must not misuse contact information or place false or misleading orders.
6. Payment Terms
Payments are handled directly between buyers and sellers unless Seven Dial India provides a managed payment or escrow service.
Seven Dial is not responsible for payment failures or disputes unless escrow services are explicitly used.
7. Delivery and Returns
Delivery terms are defined by individual sellers.
Return and refund policies vary by seller and must be confirmed before purchase.
Seven Dial does not manage logistics or guarantee product delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, images, and content belong to their respective owners.
Users must not upload copyrighted, illegal, or unauthorized material.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
Seven Dial India reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
Accounts involved in fraud, illegal activities, or repeated complaints may be removed without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
Seven Dial is not liable for any loss, damage, or disputes between buyers and sellers.
The platform acts solely as a facilitator connecting verified businesses.

We do not sell or share your data without permission.
